  • Inventory & Pre-Orders: All items are subject to availability. If an item is listed as a Pre-Order, the estimated shipping window will be provided on the product page. Estimated shipping dates are subject to slight delays, and updates will be communicated via email.

  • Order Limitations: We reserve the right to limit order quantities or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., in cases of suspected fraud or inventory errors).

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Payments are processed securely via our checkout providers (Wix Payments / PayPal / Apple Pay). Your card will be charged immediately upon placing an order, including for pre-order items.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates and do not include processing time.

  • Attach is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs processing, postal carrier delays, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any local customs fees, import duties, or taxes applicable in their country.

5. Final Sale & Damaged Items

  • As stated in our Refund Policy, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, you must notify us at hello@yourdomain.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence so we can resolve the issue.
